      • OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 25 LARGE RODENT DROPPINGS ON FLOOR ALONGSIDE OF SHELVING RACK IN SEASONAL SECTION OF STORE. NOTED APPROXIMATELY 65 SMALL RODENT DROPPINGS IN THE STORAGE ROOM LOCATED BEHIND COLD DRINK COOLERS BEHIND PALLETS IN CORNERS OF WALL, ON TOP OF CEMENT BLOCKS, BEHIND SHELVING UNIT CONTAINING LAUNDRY DETERGENT BY REGISTERS, IN CORNER SHELVING UNIT AND CORNER LEADING TO ADDITIONAL STORAGE ROOM/RESTROOMS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL SAID AREAS. MUST ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY ON PREMISE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020 (A). CITATION ISSUED.

INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. OBSERVED PEELING PAINT IN THE REAR STORAGE ROOM AREA WHERE THE SODA AND TOILET GOODS ARE HELD. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
