- Observation(s): The main sliding glass door refrigeration unit was measured at 8°C. Unit must be able to maintain foods at temperatures of 4°C or colder prior to use. Please service or replace unit.

- Observation(s): 1. Shatterproof cover is required for one set of fluorescent light tubes in the main concession space. The fluorescent bulb in the adjoining space must be replaced with either a shatterproof bulb or an LED (plastic) bulb. 2. There must be a mechanism of storing and convenient dispensing of paper towel at the handwash station that prevents splashing and contamination. A wall mounted dispenser is ideal.
