      • 1) A few cardboard boxes of food were observed being stored directly on the floor of the freezer.Ensure foods are stored off the floor.2) Several open containers of utensils were found to be stored on a shelf directly underneath a wastewater pipe. Move or fully cover utensils with watertight lids to prevent potential contamination.

      • A few of the baking utensils noted onsite (spatulas, plastic dough scrappers) were observed to be damaged enough to make them difficult to properly clean and sanitize. Remove damaged utensils.
