COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Complete written procedures for the above mentioned.

      • 1. No antiseptic product was available on site for client skin for microneedling services.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Purchase an antiseptic product with Drug Identification Number or Natural Product Number. Antiseptics must be used for any services that involve puncturing of the skin.
