- Observation(s): Facility has sanitizer solutions on site (QUAT and bleach), but does not have test strips to verify the concentration of sanitizer used. QUAT must be kept between 200 and 400ppm for adequate sanitizing. Bleach/water must be kept between 100-200ppm.
