      • The concentration of Quat sanitizer in the bucket for the front of the house was measured below 50 ppm. - Ensure the sanitizer solution is changed at adequate intervals i.e. 24 hours or any time the concentration is dropped below 200 ppm.

      • Concentration of Quat sanitizer in large buckets was measured at 50 ppm approximately. - Ensure Quat sanitizer solutions are changed at adequate interval or any time they are below the required concentration of 200 ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The faucet at the handwashing sink in the staff washroom is in disrepair and does not stay on. - Repair immediately. Have staff use the customers bathrooms in the interim.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Some exterior surfaces on the ice machine still have the protective plastic film on them. - Peel the plastic film. All surfaces must be smooth and easy to clean.
