- The faucet at the handwashing sink in the staff washroom is in disrepair and does not stay on. - Repair immediately. Have staff use the customers bathrooms in the interim.

- Some exterior surfaces on the ice machine still have the protective plastic film on them. - Peel the plastic film. All surfaces must be smooth and easy to clean.
