      I go here weekly and today was an extra special experience. The staff are always very helpful. Som really went above and beyond, he made sure I paid the correct price when it got punched wrong and kindly helped me carry a bag of soil. It’s the small acts of kindness that make a big difference. Exceptional service and always a great experience. Thank you so much, Som, and the whole team!

      Well priced compared to Save On Foods and Shoppers both next door. Well stocked and staffed for opening day. Too many foreign selections and non-english advertisements in an English/French country, english province.

      I have been anticipating the opening of FreshCo in Valleyview for a couple months. The manager of the store used to work at Save On where he was very helpful and easy to approach. I was sad to see him leave. I visited this new store this morning and was impressed. The store is clean, well lit, spacious and well laid out. The staff, who themselves are new and still navigating their way around the new store were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. I like the large variety of ethnic goods that FreshCo carries. I look forward to supporting this store.

      I am going to visit the new Freshco store on Sunday and am excited about it! I heard the new store manager used to be the Sahali SaveOn produce dept manager and I was sad to find out that he had left. He was always busy when I went into SaveOn but took the time to help and share his knowledge about the produce. It will be very nice to see him at the Valleyview Freshco. Sunday, May 3 The new Freshco store in Valleyview is clean, bright, cheery, spacious, and well laid out. The staff are lovely and eager to help. I noticed that they had a small self checkout section which is good for a quick in and out when buying just a few items. I don't think they have a pharmacy but am not sure that it's needed with Shoppers Drug Mart so close. Prices on products at Freshco are reasonable and on par/or less than the other supermarkets and the quality is good. I also like that Freshco offers a selection of ethnic food.
