- Observation(s): Repeat Infraction: Quat test strips are expired. This was identified in the last inspection and had not yet been corrected. Corrective Action: Acquire new test strips.

- Observation(s): Repeat Infraction: Missing/damaged door sweep on man door next to receiving dock which may allow for the entry of pests. This was identified in the last inspection as has not been corrected. Corrective Action: Replace the weather stripping along the base of the door to protect against the entry of pests.

- Observation(s): • 6 dented/ damaged cans were observed for sale on shelves. Items included clam chowder, chili, soup, etc. Damages to the rims and seals of cans can allow for bacterial contamination. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION: • The cans were removed from the shelves and discarded appropriately. Ensure thorough visual inspections of all cans when stocking of shelves.

- Observation(s): • Expired QUAT sanitizer test strips (2022). Corrective Action: • Purchase new sanitizer test strips and ensure daily monitoring of chemical sanitizer at the dispenser (@200 ppm concentration).

- Observation(s): • Missing door sweep at the rear exit by the receiving dock. Potential point of entry for pests. Corrective Action: • Install a door sweep under the exit door, ensure no light passes through.
