      • Observation(s): • Several damaged food products displayed for sale at the time of inspection. Items included, but were not limited to, baby formula, BBQ sauce, tomato juice, passion fruit juice, hot chocolate powder mix, can of pasta, carbonated drinks, etc. Products can become contaminated if exposed to the environment. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION: • The above noted items were removed from the shelves and provided to the manager on site. The items were no longer displayed for sale. Please ensure that items are thoroughly inspected for any damages to the packaging when stocking shelves.

    We’ve had consistently positive experiences purchasing home furnishings, clothing, and household items from Big Box Outlet in Kamloops. I’ve been especially impressed with the quality of the products they carry, including excellent Costco furniture pieces and clothing at great value! The staff are always warm, welcoming, and helpful. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Breanna, the store manager, on several occasions, and she has been incredibly kind, professional, and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality items and outstanding customer service.

    I'm absolutely loving the work culture here! The customer team members are super friendly and welcoming. Plus, you get to enjoy most Costco items at 10-20% cheaper prices! Highly recommend giving this store a try in valleyview, kamloops ! 👍

    I love this store. They get a lot of Costco clothing and have it on sale. My mother and I end up getting a lot of good things from this store. My newest purchase from the big box outlet store is my slippers. I will post a picture.

    The manager, Harman and his staff including Brianna and Cindy are always so helpful. If I need something I check here first and they usually have it at a great price!! I highly recommend Big Box Kamloops!

She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guiding me through all the options without any pressure. Her product knowledge was exceptional and she made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly excellent customer service, thank you for the help!

    Lord have mercy! This is definitely a good discount store. If I had everything from a pencil up to actual appliances! And pretty good prices as well for the most part. Definitely will come back again soon.

    I Wasn't expecting to find such good deals on furniture, but I’m so glad I stopped in yesterday. The selection is huge, and the staff are actually helpful. Shoutout to Sharika for being so patient while I made up my mind. Seriously great service.
