      • Observation: Dishwasher is broken, it is reported to be broken for a couple days.
      • -Manual dishwashing is not properly done
      • Corrective Action(s): -Repair dishwasher as soon as possible
      • - In the meantime manual dishwashing to be done by: 1. wash with detergent and hot water 2- rinse clean water 3 soak in bleach solution (100 ppm) for at least 2 min 4 air dry
      • -Facility has only 2 compartment sink and a large utility sink in the back- 3 step can be done in utility sink and one of the metal shelving unit in the back to be used as a drying rack
