- Staff personal items were found on the preparation table. Operator was instructed not to store any personal items in the food handling area. Items were removed during the inspection.

- Handwashing sink was observed with strainers, knives, and cardboard obstructing access. Operator was instructed to keep the handwashing sink accessible at all times. All items were removed immediately.

- An expired food handling permit was displayed. Operator was instructed to locate and post the valid permit. The valid permit was posted later during the inspection.

A re-inspection is required prior to using the main kitchen.The front prep and storage area may be used for food preparation.The three compartment dishwashing sink in the main kitchen may be accessed and used.

- During inspection observed several boxes of salvaged food items in the walk-in cooler. These food items were in the freezer that had icicles and potential for contamination, they are not fit for sale. Please discard these impacted food items.

- Cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment are required after remediation.
