- Couple of food bin cartons were sitting directly on the floor. Please keep all such bins off the floor, at least 6 inches above the floor.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Gap observed between the floor and the door. Existing weather stripping appear to be worn our. Please ensure the stripping is readjusted or replaced to prevent potential pest entry.
