      • 1) The testing strips used to verify the efficacy of poured CS20 solution were expired.REQUIREMENT: Replace the expired testing strips. Use these testing strips in accordance with all manufacturer's instructions.2) A high-level disinfection log was not being maintained.REQUIREMENT: All high-level disinfectant which has reuse instructions must be maintained and written down in a log.
    • 30. Is the reprocessing area of a personal service facility that uses reusable equipment properly designed, managed and maintained to ensure the safety of clients?
      • The proposed reprocessing area is located in a space where food preparation will occur.REQUIREMENT: Reprocessing areas cannot be located in areas where an 'incompatible' activity will occur. Relocate your reprocessing area or incompatible activity.
