     • Observation(s): Manager has a system in place to ensure staff files are complete. LO reviewed two files, one casual and one regular staff person. Reference checks had been completed by phone, however had not been recorded. Prior to the end of the inspection the recording of the references were completed. Manger will review files to ensure other phone reference checks have been recorded on the files.
