- Observation(s): 1. No test strips were available for the chlorine sanitizer in the spray bottles. The presence of test strips ensures that sanitizer concentrations are able to be monitored and maintained at appropriate levels to effectively reduce microbial levels of contamination on surfaces to safe levels. 2. No internal thermometers for the display fridges/freezers in the distribution area were available. The presence of internal thermometers allows for a more accurate reading of the internal temperature, compared to relying on the digital readers or an infrared reader.
