      • The vehicle was turned off while unloading raw chicken to a client. The chicken's surface temperature was measured at 10-12°C. The inspector informed the delivery driver that temperature control of food must be maintained the entire time of delivery, including the loading and unloading of food. The vehicle was turned on afterwards. Please ensure that the food products are also checked to ensure that they remain at 4°C during transportation.
