      • *A section of the door sweep on the back door was missing. Light was coming through the bottom of the door. Replace door sweep and ensure the back door is pest proof to prevent pest entry.

      • *Dust accumulation was noted on the wall vent above the cooler labeled C2. Please clean vent and add to cleaning schedule.

      • ** The handwashing sink was difficult to operate. Excessive force was required to use the foot pedals to turn on the water. Staff were advised by maintenance to push the pedal forward rather than downward to activate the water. Ensure hand washing sink is in good working condition, repair or replace.

      • *Expired food handling permit was posted in the dining room. Please post current permit.

      • *Debris was found in the container holding clean scoops for dry ingredients. Clean the container and utensils. Ensure containers that hold the clean equipment, and utensils are maintained in a clean condition at all times. Corrected: The container and scoops were relocated to the dishwashing area to be cleaned. *The Styrofoam like lining material inside of the knife rack was dirty with brown spots. Clean or change out the lining. Corrected: Lining was removed and knife rack was cleaned.
