      • Evidence of bed bug infestation.
      • Contact licensed pest control operator for insect / rodent / pest treatment and control
    • Washrooms provided constant supply of hot and cold running water under pressure
    • All employees whose duties involve the supervision of tenants participate in continuing education to a minimum of five hours within each consecutive six months and are familiar with the Guidelines (Section 15).
      • Ensure employees obtain at least five hours of education every six months
      • Ensure the record of continuing education hours are signed by the operator and the employee

      • Ensure the record of continuing education hours are signed by the operator and the employee
      • Provide new employees in-service training which includes Schedule 20 and the Guidelines
      • Record continuing education hours as completed on an ongoing basis
      • Train employees in first aid treatment.
      • Provide appropriate training to employees with respect to the facility's emergency/crisis plan.
