      • Observation(s): According to previous inspection report, July 2018, the water system is on a Boil Water Notice. Currently there is no food preparation. Water is used for the coffee machine (water is boiled). If a slushy machine is available, please use bottled or boiled water for the machine.

      • Observation(s): Facility is on a Boil Water Notice. Signage is posted at sinks and bathroom. Potable bottled water is being used for the slushy machines.
