      • Free Chlorine levels were allowed to drop below 2ppm overnight upon the advice of the spray park installer. This likely contributed to the high HPC noted in the last water sample. The Free Chlorine must be maintained at 2ppm or higher at all times. Operator adjusted parameters at the time of inspection.
