      • A complaint was received by AHS that indicated an employee was handling raw meat with bare hands. They moved from raw meat to ready to eat foods, and working the till without washing hands. Discussed this with the facility. Encouraged them to begin using utensils as much as possible. Tongs were discussed as a good option
