- Observation(s): Observation: Duct tape noted on pipe for greywater disposal, operator noted duct tape was used to minimize minor weeping of grey water from pipe as a part was missing. No pooled water was seen during the inspection. Corrective Action: Ensure correct part is available to securely attach piping for grey water disposal. Hose connecting municipal water supply to food truck appears to be in good condition. Further information needed to confirm whether hose material is "potable water grade". Please provide brand/model of hose. Notes: -Greywater line is connected to community sewer, potable water is supplied directly from Greenwood municipal water system. -The potable water hose should not be used for purposes other than for supplying drinking water.
