      • No product was available for skin cleansing prior to waxing. Please obtain an appropriate product to clean the skin prior to waxing services.

      • The tools, including clippers, hairbrushes and razor blade holders were covered with hair and not visibly clean. Ensure that all re-usable tools are cleaned and disinfected after each use.

      • 1. The manufacturer's instructions for Barbicide disinfectant were not followed: the solution was changed weekly, and not daily, as required. Discussed.2. No surface disinfectant was available to disinfect work surfaces. It was reported that a toilet bowl cleaner was used for surfaces. Please obtain an appropriate disinfectant.
