    • 07. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool premises providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • The emergency phone is not operational. Ensure this is repaired and in good working order.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • There is no soap at the shower. Install a soap dispenser. It was noted there was a bar soap holder. Do not use bar soap.
    • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • The pool water quality records were not accurate.Ensure logs are fully filled out with correct readings daily.

    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1) Scum and dirt were observed on the waterslide's stairs in the corners.2) The Common showering area's glass panel, floor, shower head and the temperature knob had buildup of soap and scum.3) Salt deposits were observed on the tiles around the whirlpool.-Clean the areas mentioned in 1) to 3).

    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • The rule about bathers who should wear protective, water-resistant swimwear including children, 35 months and under, and anyone who is or may be incontinent was missing.-Include this rule in the rules posted.
