    • 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • Total alkalinity measured 48ppm. Ensure TA is between 60-180ppm.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The pool did not have floating weirs in the skimmers. Install weirs.
    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • 1. The temporary construction wall is bowing and does not appear to be structurally sound. 2. There is a temporary construction wall that was placed along the edge of the pool that prevents access to two sets pool entrance/exit stairs. - Remove construction wall and refinish exposed wall behind so that it is smooth and easily cleanable. OR the pool remains closed until the construction project is finished. 3. The anti-entrapment plans on file indicate the main drain covers for the pool basin expired in 2021. Provide updated plans or replace drain covers.

      • 1) Ceilings had a buildup of dirt and dust around the fans and vents. - Ensure ceilings are clean and ventilation is working properly. - Thoroughly clean the ceilings. 2) There were a few cracked tiles throughout the pool deck and the grout was cracked and dirty. - Clean the grouting and replace or repair any cracked tiles and grout.Violation May 15 20251. The exit of the slide is damaged and has been repaired with a rough patch. Ensure this repair is smooth.2. One skimmer basket was full of debris. Ensure this is cleaned.3. The temporary construction wall had mould growth and raw wood exposed. See violation 3 for remediation.
