      • There was no written documentation for newly installed main drain covers for the hot tub. The operator mentioned that they had replaced and placed new main drain covers for the whirlpool.-Provide written documentations for the main drain covers with their installation and expiry dates.

      • There is a temporary construction wall install along the edge of the pool that is bowing and does not seem structurally sound. The whole pool area will remain closed until construction is completed.
