- Suction outlets have been found to be damaged in the whirlpool during shutdown. Replace the suction outlets and ensure that they are complaint with the sump depth and pipe size of the field fabricated sumps. The maximum flow rate of the pumps was determined to be 758 GPM in the facility Entrapment Study dated June 8, 2018. Facility can not open until suction outlets have been replaced and confirmed compliant.

- The microbiological water sample submitted on 11/08/2025 had Total Coliforms present but the Pseudomonas was not isolated. Spoke with the manager of the facility. They have been working to adjust chemical parameters in the basin. Treatment action to be taken overnight and a follow up sample to be submitted tomorrow.
