    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • Suction outlets have been found to be damaged in the whirlpool during shutdown. Replace the suction outlets and ensure that they are complaint with the sump depth and pipe size of the field fabricated sumps. The maximum flow rate of the pumps was determined to be 758 GPM in the facility Entrapment Study dated June 8, 2018. Facility can not open until suction outlets have been replaced and confirmed compliant.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • An updated anti-entrapment compliance plan must be submitted to accompany the new suction outlets required for the whirlpool as the previous ones were found to be damaged and require replacement. Submit the report for review and compliance.

      • The microbiological water sample submitted on 11/08/2025 had Total Coliforms present but the Pseudomonas was not isolated. Spoke with the manager of the facility. They have been working to adjust chemical parameters in the basin. Treatment action to be taken overnight and a follow up sample to be submitted tomorrow.

      • The whirlpool microbiological water sample result collected on 05/08/2025 [25EN-218E01139] was unsatisfactory: Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.
    • 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • The whirlpool microbiological water sample result collected on 05/08/2025 [25EN-218E01139] was unsatisfactory: HPC > 57000 FU/mL. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

      • Flow rate of 425 GPM through the filters exceeds the maximum filtration rate of 12.5 gpm/sqft . The flow rate must be 414 GPM or less to ensure the filtration rate is no more than 12.5 GPM/sqft.
