    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • 1. A bleach solution spray bottle was accessible to children in the preschool room. Corrected onsite.2. A bleach solution spray bottle and glass cleaner were placed on top of the paper towel dispenser in the infant room washroom. A small stool positioned underneath made the chemicals accessible to children. The washroom door was open and next to the washroom that toddlers use. Corrected onsite.3. An expired Purexall disinfectant (dated November 2022) was found in the boys washroom on the KG & OSC side. The bottle was removed onsite.4. An unlabelled chemical bottle was found in the infant room. Removed onsite. Ensure all chemicals are inaccessible to children at all times.

      • The facility is not being maintained in a clean and orderly condition, with clutter observed throughout the facility. No cleaning checklists were available onsite to ensure proper sanitation and maintenance. Conduct a deep cleaning of the facility to ensure sanitation and proper maintenance.

      • 1. A visibly soiled cloth was found on a baby jumper seat. The operator removed the cloth for cleaning.2. Craft bottles filled with water were scattered on the floor. The bottles were visibly dirty and leaking dirty water. The operator removed the bottles and cleaned the floor.

      • Visibly stained bean bags were found in the toddler room. The operator removed the bean bags for cleaning.

      • Water bottles were found unlabeled in the preschool room. Corrected onsite. Ensure personal items are stored and handled in a safe and sanitary manner at all times and are not shared between children.
    • 28. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Critical)?
      • Fecal smears were noted on the walls near the toilet in the boys washroom on the KG and OSC side. The washroom was cleaned.
