      • Antiseptic wipes used for clients' skin preparation expired in November 2024. Obtain a new antiseptic product. Ensure that it has NPN or DIN and not expired.

      • Some cosmetic products did not have appropriate labels (unlabelled bottle). Ensure that all cosmetic products have appropriate labels.
