      • New test kit and reagents were purchased.- Test kit includes reagent to test free chlorine and not the reagent for total chlorine. Order the DPD3 reagent and test and record total chlorine. (Total chlorine - free chlorine = combined chlorine). - ORP reader is not recorded. Record ORP reading daily.- Pool chemistry is not checked and recorded by weekend staff. Train weekend staff to test and record pool chemistry.

      • Total Alkalinity is low (8 ppm). *Maintain total alkalinity in 60 to 180 ppm range.
    • 09. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Critical)?
      • Chemical spray bottles are not labelled.*Ensure all chemical bottles are labelled with chemical contents.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Pool skimmer weirs are missing.*Replace skimmer weirs.

      • Pool records were last recorded Monday February 16, skipping two mornings. Pool chemistry is not recorded on Saturday and Sundays, and combined chlorine is not recorded. The pool test reagents expired in 2023. - Record automated controller setpoints: ORP, chlorine and pH- Record time of and observations and readings for pH, and the free, total and combined chlorine residual- Record time and results of total alkalinity tests- Purchase new pool reagents.
