- The glasswasher now has sanitizer. However it tested between 10 and 50 ppm chlorine. Dale will come to do maintenance. Continue using the 100 ppm chlorine solution to sanitize glassware after washing.

- No sanitizer in the glass washer. Sanitizer was ordered, and will arrive next week. Please run glassware through washer and then submerge in 100 ppm bleach solution for 2 minutes. Air dry after until glasswasher has sanitizer.
