      • 1. Low water pressure was observed in some of the washroom faucets. The hot water temperature was measured at 20°C.- Please consult a plumbing company to ensure adequate water pressure. Additionally, increase and maintain the hot water temperature between 38°C and 43°C to support proper handwashing practices.2. The washroom located opposite the kitchen had a noticeable odour at the time of inspection.- Please consult a plumbing expert to assess and ensure the plumbing system is in good repair.

      • Children water bottles without name tags were observed in some classrooms.-Please label all water bottles with children names to prevent misuse.

      • A torn diapering mat was observed onsite.- Please replace it with one that is smooth, non-absorbent, easy to clean, and in good repair.

      • Paper towels were observed being kept in open baskets in washrooms and diapering stations.-Please provide appropriate paper dispensers in the indicated areas to prevent bulk contamination.

      • The green leather chair in Moonlight room had a minor hole on the right corner with visible foam, making it difficult to clean. **Please fix the chair.**Please ensure that all the surfaces with direct children contact are maintained in adequate condition.

      • The chlorine sanitizer spray bottles in Rainbow and Moonlight Room were not labelled. **Please ensure that sanitizer solution bottles are always labelled.
