    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Perishable foods stored on the bottom shelf in the glass door cooler in the kitchenette measured 8-9C. Please adjust temperature so all perishable foods are maintained at or below 4C. As cooler is located directly next to a window, also recommended pulling down window shade when very sunny outside to control cooler temp.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Staff bathroom door that opened to food area was not installed with a self-closure device. Please install.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Condenser unit in the walk-in freezer was leaking and condensate was frozen onto packaged food. Please address the leak. Protect and store foods in a safe and sanitary manner.

      • The finish was wearing off some of the drawers and cupboards in the 2nd floor kitchenette.Note; Plans are already in place to replace/refinish the cupboards.

      • 1. The finish was wearing off some of the drawers and cupboards in the main kitchen as well as the drawers under the coffee machine in the 2nd floor kitchenette.Note; Plans are already in place to replace/refinish the cupboards.2. Some ceiling tiles in the guest kitchen were stained. -Please locate the source of leak and change the ceiling tile
