The public health inspector was not able to verify if the disinfectant was a right disinfectant (has a disinfectant claim, contains DIN and is within its validity period) because the original container was not onsite for review - operator advised the disinfectant is kept at home.Please ensure that the disinfectant with its original container containing manufacturer's instructions is kept onsite and is available for review.
