- 23(1)(a) All equipment and utensils used to process, prepare, store, serve, sell or display food must be designed, constructed, installed and maintained to
(a) protect food from contamination;
- Refrigerator temperature at 8C. Operator has been educated regarding food safety and storage temperatures. Fridge temperatures must be maintained at 4C or below to prevent bacterial growth in food. Operator must repair/ adjust the fridge concerned before usage.
- 8(2) A permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the food establishment.
