- Monitoring records were incomplete. Water clarity, visual checks for drain covers checks were not enter in the data sheets.Ensure all monitoring parameters are checked and recorded.

- Water contamination incident log was not available for review. Link to water contamination log AHS template will be provided with report. Print the log sheet and keep in the facility to record details of each water contamination incident.

- 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- Valve handle of the filter pump for the whirlpool was in disrepair. Fix/replace the handle.
- 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
- The readings of the water testing and monitoring for last two days were not recorded on the log sheet. The records were entered during inspection onsite. it was reported during inspection that water chemistry is monitored twice a day (morning and evening times). Records are only maintained for morning testing. Recommended to make entries for evening test results as well.
