- 34 An operator must ensure that a food establishment is operated so that all food and food ingredients are processed, manufactured, handled, prepared, packaged, served, sold, offered for sale or distribution free of charge, dispensed, displayed and stored in a manner that prevents contamination and adulteration.
- Ice cream scoop container filled with water, but the faucet was not turned on to allow for continuous flow of water into and out of the scoop container. The faucet must be turned on (cold water) to allow for water in the container to continuously refresh.
