- Soiled cleaning cloths were observed to be sitting on the countertops.The operator was advised to keep cleaning cloths in a sanitizer solution when not in use.

- Handwashing was observed to be occurring in the dishwashing sink. The faucet of the sink was very dirty, which was potentially re-contaminating hands after handwashing.The operator was advised to clean the faucet of the sink. A separate handwashing sink is required to be installed.
