   • 03. Are facility-specific written procedures established to adequately describe safe and sanitary practices?
     • Facility-specific written procedures were completed during the inspection.Written procedures for cleansing skin were completed for the following services:-waxing -threadingWritten procedure for accidental skin cuts or punctures was provided to the operator at the time of inspection.Reprocessing sink was not used for handwashing therefore written procedures for sink decontamination were not required.
   • 06. Do operators and personal services workers comply with the Personal Services Regulation and Standards and do they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties in a safe and sanitary manner?
     • The hydrogen peroxide expired in 2025 and was discarded at the time of inspection. Re-iterated the requirement to follow labelling requirements.
   • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
     • Tints not suitable for eyebrow tinting were discarded at the time of inspection.
