      • 2024-11-15: One dead cockroach observed in the trap beside the receiving door and one live cockroach observed in the cabinet beneath the pop machine. Ensure pest control measures are continued in conjunction with guidance from the contracted pest control company. 2024-10-15: Cockroaches observed in the traps beneath the back handwashing sink, below the pop machine and behind the Pepsi cooler in the front service area. Work with the contracted pest control company to ensure that pest control measures are taken to eliminate the presence of cockroaches in the facility.

      • Probe thermometers are observed to be sitting in a container with water when not in use. Discussed storing the probe thermometers in a 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer solution to help prevent contamination of the thermometers while being stored. The operator provided a 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer solution for the probe thermometers during the inspection.
