      • The cooler was not maintaining temperature at the time of inspection. Staff had contacted management, and a service technician was scheduled to stop by that day. Product was moved from the walk-in cooler to smaller coolers on-site while awaiting repairs.

      • One cockroach is observed on the trap below the 3-compartment dishwashing sink. Ensure pest control measures are taken to try and eliminate the presence of cockroaches in the facility.

      • No thermometer is observed in the "Monster" cooler for monitoring temperatures. Ensure that the indicated cooler is equipped with a thermometer.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • One cockroach is observed on the trap below the 3-compartment dishwashing sink. Ensure pest control measures are taken to try and eliminate the presence of cockroaches in the facility.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A missing tile and/or tiles are observed beneath the prep cooler located below the ventilation canopy in the front which makes the surface difficult to clean. Ensure that the indicated area is sealed to be smooth, resistant to moisture, durable and easy to clean.

      • 1. A buildup of food debris is observed on the floor beneath the 3-compartment sink.2. A buildup of food debris is observed on a section of floor where it appears some tiles may be missing beneath the prep cooler located below the ventilation canopy in the front. 1-2. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.
