      • There were two unlabeled bottles of a liquid at the hand sink behind the till. The staff member did not know what the bottles contained.Ensure that all bottles are labeled indicating their contents.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • A bowl of creamer pods was stored at room temperature at the coffee station.Ensure that the creamer pods refrigerated at below 4C at all times.Staff relocated the creamer pods to the cooler.
