      • Observation(s): Floor tiles in the front area and back storage area are broken. Broken floor tiles are beginning to form shallow holes on the flooring that make proper cleaning and sanitation difficult.

      • Observation(s): Back door exit has a door to ground gap large enough for pests to enter. Ensure this is sealed to prevent potential entry of pests.
      • F2.2B The premises must be protected against entry of pests.
    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): No sanitizer noted at the time of inspection. Ensure a properly mixed sanitizer is available on site at all times (e.g. 200 ppm chlorine bleach).
    • F2.6 Are the premises designed and equipped to ensure safe food handling?
      • Observation(s): Chemicals including a bottle of bleach placed directly beside pre-packaged food products in the storage room. Operator agreed to clean and re organize the dry storage space.
