Operator was reminded of the 1) wash 2) rinse 3) sanitize and 4) air dry steps of manual dishwashing. - Ensure equipment and utensils are adequately sanitized with a food grade sanitizer.

Delicious Balkan Comfort Food! So happy to have tried the new Balkanagan food truck in Kelowna! The Index sendvič was absolutely amazing—crispy on the outside, loaded with meat, melty cheese, and that perfect Balkan-style sauce. Total comfort food! We also had palačinke, and they were just like back home—thin, soft, and filled with Nutella, banana and strawberry. The kids devoured them! 🤗 Super friendly service, generous portions, and great prices. If you’re from the Balkans or just love good food, you have to check them out. Welcome to Kelowna, Balkanagan!
