    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Thermometers were not observed in the coolers. Ensure all coolers have a thermometer to monitor temperatures.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Handwash sinks did not have adequate supplies for hand washing. Ensure soap and paper towels are available at all handwash sinks.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Grease buildup was observed on the right most exhaust canopy filter. Clean the above mentioned filter.
    • 24. Is solid and liquid waste being managed in a suitable manner?
      • Only one garbage bin was observed in the kitchen. Ensure there are at least 3 garbage bins, one by each handsink.
