- Approved sanitizer solution was not observed. Ensure test strips are present as well.

- *Thermometers in some refrigeration units are missing.*Two refrigeration units were measured to have temperatures higher than 4 C. Ensure all refrigeration temperatures are maintained below 4C.

- Mechanical dishmachine was tested with a probe thermometer and observed to not be reaching sanitizing temperatures. Ensure sanitizing temperatures are reached.

- Canopy hood/ventilation hood above the grill area was observed to be due for cleaning.
