The operator is required to supply tools, equipment, and tables/surfaces.REQUIREMENT: Demonstrate to the Public Health Inspector that all necessary tools, supplies, and equipment has been obtained and can be easily transported.Develop a detailed written policy and procedure on how tools will be transported, cleaned and disinfected. Include frequencies of transportation, as well as all sets of tools which could be transported.Send to the Public Health Inspector for review.

One sink is located in a room with a flush toilet, and the other room is located in a kitchen where food processing is likely to occur.REQUIREMENT: Install a sufficient permanent (non-mobile/temporary) sink to re-process utensils.
