      • There was no disinfectant being used on the clippers. The operator had two sprays for the clippers, one was a 5 in 1 that contained disinfectant, the other a 3 in 1 that did not. The 5 in 1 was empty and the operator was unaware that the 3 in 1 was not a disinfectant ( first cited Dec 2022) ** Nov 27 2023 : violation is still outstanding. Only a coolant/lubricant/cleaner product was being used for the clippers. No disinfectant being used on the clippers. REQUIREMENT: Ensure that all reusable equipment is disinfected properly. Disinfectants must state they're a disinfectant and have a DIN.

      • Combs were being disinfected in a barbicide solution, but the combs were not fully immersed in the solution. **Properly fill up and dilute the barbicide solution (according to the manufacturer's instructions) so the combs can be properly immersed / disinfected in solution.
