      • One of the metal brackets used to secure tall shelves/cubbies to the wall in Toddler 2's room was being stripped from the wall.REQUIREMENT: Repair and reinstall the bracket. Ensure all shelves greater than 4 ft (48 inches) are secured to the wall to prevent falls on the children.
