      • Dishes were not being sanitized.All containers, utensils, etc. must be properly washed with soap, then rinsed with water and then sanitized with an approved sanitizing solution.Recommend using 1 tbsp of regular bleach in 1 gallon of water. This will generate a 100ppm chlorine-based sanitizing solution.
